Gordon Brown (unelected prime minister of the UK) has pushed through his proposal to increase the time that terrorism suspects can be held without charge. If the measure becomes law, Britain will have the toughest anti-terror laws in the Western world.What is a terrorist? What is civilized behavior, the Geneva Convention, International Law etc?
How can you win the supposed "war on terrorism" when you become as bad as the very people you are fighting?
