It is hard, cheap and can smash the faces off the enemy! Sounds great. It can penetrate tank amour too, no problem. and it can lie there on the ground and deform your enemies babies for many, many generations to come!
But how do you choose which babies to deform? America choose it's friends(liberate with democracy) in Iraq to deform, NATO used them on Yugoslavia, Israel choose it's host neighbor...to name a few.
