President Obama admits he and his government are murdering people in Pakistan by blowing them to pieces, pretty much like car bombs are doing in Baghdad ."They have been very precise, precision strikes against al-Qaeda and their affiliates" he boasts.
Pakistanis say many civilians are murdered by the US bombers.
One wonders about the legality of such tactics?
Two points come to my mind. First, what right does the US have to carry out summary executions without a fair trial in the court of law.
Secondly, how can the US even confirm the people's identities they want to eradicate?
Even Obama says "al-Qaeda suspects who are up in very tough terrain along the border between Afghanistan and Pakistan," and "For us to be able to get them in another way would involve probably a lot more intrusive military action than the ones we're already engaging in."
So it looks like, just kill everyone and hope we get lucky...
